update www.operate-first.cloud with MOC Alliance branding #7

Update https://www.operate-first.cloud/ with MOC Alliance branding - this will likely be part of a discusssion with @kwade and others and will be accomplished via a pull request against https://github.com/operate-first/operate-first.github.io . @kkrudolph we can also discuss their governance. Unlike other sites we have an option to propose the changes ourselves (similar with openinfralabs.)

@knikolla is on here as a resource.
