[Epic] Clean up Kaizen Hardware #51

Motivation

Now that we have shut down Kaizen OpenStack & OpenShift 3.x we need to clean and relocate/deprecate the Hardware.

Completion criteria

Kazien racks are ready to be used for something else.

Description

Cleaning up the Hardware that Kazien lived on to allow for space for new projects.
