[Epic] Object Storage for NERC #64

Motivation

Storage continues to be an issue for NERC. We need ODF for object storage which requires access to back-end storage at NESE, which is an issue for security etc.

Completion criteria

ODF for object storage is available on NERC

Description

[ ] decide what route to take
- will NESE create something we can consume
- will RedHat change ODF implementation so it does not need privileged access?
- will we need to create our own
[ ] create GH issues to follow through with decision made
