[Epic] Move ESI server to More Powerful Systems #74
ESI is going to be much more heavily used soon. We need to ensure it is on more powerful systems so that it is ready for more use and so that it will be on hardware that is not up for decommissioning soon.
Completion criteria
ESI server moved to new location and able to add systems to the new ESI.
