[Epic]Make Lenovo GPU Hardware Available for use by NERC customers #85

Motivation

We want to make the 64 GPUs available so we may identify how to charge for their use and begin charging for them.

Completion criteria

GPU's installed and available to NERC OpenShift and OpenStack users.

Description

  1. SOW gives us 60 days from installation to identify billing - also being tracked here: https://github.com/nerc-project/operations/issues/307
  2. Identify and schedule trainings from SOW
  3. identify and schedule hardware installation
