Use coldfront for user provisioning of ESI. #364

Most things should work out of the box as ESI is openstack and there's support for OpenStack via the coldfront cloud plugin

Use coldfront for user provisioning of ESI.

This side of the work is to ensure that ESI can connect to ColdFront. The ColdFront side to ensure it can support ESI is this issue here.

@naved001 & @tzumainn what pieces of the ESI code do you believe will need to be changed to allow for communication with ColdFront.

Nothing on the ESI side; it's just OpenStack, so the standard API calls should still work.
