Personas:
-  ESI Futures Planning Meeting participants (initially likely Scott, Wayne, Michael, Orran,Nancy, Heidi)

Persona Stories: As an ESI Futures planning participant I want to know what hardware is in use, available, and requested for a period in the future so that decisions may be made to support MOC A related commitments.

As a non privileged user I want to have visibility into what hardware is in use and available at a point in the future so I may plan likely availability for my hardware needs.

As a system administrator ... I probably want CLI :-)
