Clarified roles expectations when creating an application credential #503

@DanNiESh would you say this is accurate? Dylan was running into issues unless the application credential had all roles; I tested it myself, and 'list' commands wouldn't show anything unless I had 'lessee', 'member', and 'reader' roles checked.

Yes. I was getting the same issue. After I checked all these three roles, I got access to lease command.
