Document node adoption #530

If someone intends to manage an ESI node with some other tool, they may still want to set up the network through ESI. If they do, they need to know that network configuration does not get pushed onto the switch unless the node is active (and that they may want to put the node into maintenance). This can be done through node adoption, and should be documented.
