Does the user lease panel work here? esi node list shows all nodes, not just leased nodes. Do we need to make it clear which nodes are leased to the user, and which are not?

I think CCI-MOC/esi-ui#9 resolves this issue. The node/lease panel shows all nodes, including the ones that the user owns themself. You can tell that a user owns a node if there is no entry under the "Lease Duration" column.
