Would the documentation for "how to deploy" be through the CLI or the GUI? And would you want these on a google doc or here is ok?

It'd be here for the immediate moment for review, and then here: https://github.com/CCI-MOC/esi/tree/master/docs/source

That repo will put it on the esi readthedocs site.
