Add tutorial page for listing instructions/helpful links #22

Description

We need to have a page for showing our users how to do things such as launching instances, uploading keypairs and FAQs etc.

This patch adds the page and it is currently a WIP

Need to record some videos tutorials such as, login, how to launch an instance, how to upload your ssh key, so that we can use this page to display some useful information.
