Email is already stripped of whitespace

This looks good to me, was it tested in the help desk VM? We'll want to make sure it definitely fixes the issues that Rado was having.

Also, this hopefully isn't true, but would it be possible that there are entries that have trailing/leading whitespace as of now? In that case people wouldn't be able to reference their (poorly-typed) information.
