user_column and project_column in config #65

I replaced the hardcode by I creating two variables in config called user_column and project_column.

@ltomatsu I'm not sure if you knew, but you don't necessarily have to close the pull request if you want to make changes. You can just add more commits to the branch and push the branch up to Github, the PR will update itself automatically.
