Bash profile fix #82

This changes the directory referenced in the bash profile from "engage1" to "production." Without this fix, when helpdesk operators login and try to run commands, they will be prompted to enter a root password. Since the helpdesk users are not in wheel, they will be unable to run any commands.

There's a .swp file in this PR that shouldn't be there. I'm going to clean that up and before re-submitting this.
