This changes the directory referenced in the bash profile from "engage1" to "production." Without this fix, when helpdesk operators login and try to run commands, they will be prompted to enter a root password. Since the helpdesk users are not in wheel, they will be unable to run any commands.

I also removed the dangling .swp file from PR #82
