Use the openshift dynamic client #27

The current openshift client we are using is a wrapper around the oc binary, which adds additional dependencies when we run these scripts in automated environments.

we longer need any openshift client in the scripts. Maybe we may need one in the future to query pod GPU types if it's not available in the prometheus/thanos data.
