Automate openshift report generation #42

The report should automatically be generated from the metrics in S3 and then uploaded to the other bucket in S3.

I automated this with a kubernetes cronjob that runs on the 1st of every month to produce the report. This worked correctly for February report. I will close this once the cronjob manifests have been merged to the repo.
