Motivation

We need to gather the Institution - Specific Code from ColdFront no that it is being tracked by Harvard.

Completion Criteria

Institution - Specific Code added to invoice csv export. Harvard currently will be the only institution with this filled.

Description

[ ] Update Invoice script
[ ] Confirm Institution - Specific Code has been added to ColdFront here
[ ] Test to make sure Harvard has some data filled out

Completion dates

Desired - 2024-01-29 Required - 2024-10-31

@naved001 did you decide if it was easier to have both OpenStack & OpenShift pull this during their initial script pull or after they are combined as a single pull?

@joachimweyl I discussed this with @knikolla and we decided that we should pull this during their initial script pull as they are their own independent reports. Additionally, I was getting PI information from namespace annotation, so now that will also be pulled from coldfront.
