Process OpenStack Invoicing for April #58

Motivation

Create CSVs for OpenStack and Storage to be added to the OpenShift Invoice data at a later step.

Completion Criteria

1 CSV created with the OpenStack Invoice data and one with the Storage Invoice data.

Ran into an issue with #59 which made the cronjob fail. Submitted a PR to fix it and manually processed the invoices and uploaded them to B2.
