Transferred to dev team - Kristi/Naved as I had become a blocker. Once a bit further along we can evaluate whether it continues to make sense to share with SAIL.

@msdisme what do we need to do to get this over to SAIL? Also please provide the Involvement that SAIL expects form our team in working through this requirement.

need to restart the discussion with them. My expectation is we are going to spend a chunk of time with them to help them understand what we are doing now and then discuss having them run, in conjunction with a member of our dev team, run a requirements gathering excercise. The challenge historically has been that the folks familiar with HPC have a vision in their head of what they want but it needs to be pulled out and converted to requirements.
