Release MOC NESE allocations #1210

query from #974 about MOC allocations- are these still in use.
We would like to keep this one: _quotas for pool 'moc_infrarbd': max objects: 262.14k objects max bytes : 1 TiB

Please release all of these: quotas for pool 'moc-rbd-general-erasure': max objects: N/A max bytes : 1 GiB quotas for pool 'moc-rbd-general-erasure-data': max objects: 262.14k objects max bytes : 1 TiB quotas for pool 'moc-rbd-general-replicated': max objects: 262.14k objects max bytes : 1 TiB
