Reactivate Kristi's Red Hat Account

Motivation

Among other reasons, the epic related to storage optimizations within the MOC Initiative is also tracked in Jira for which an account is required.

Completion Criteria

Red Hat account (knikolla at redhat.com) reactivated and log in is possible. This issue does not track the level of permission necessary to access the Jira project/ticket.
