Organizing communications related to the epic "Storage optimization for AI applications integrated into OpenShift"

Motivation

Red Hat is currently spinning up a number of initiatives, with on initiative tracking the work on the MOC and one epic concerning optimizing storage for AI Applications in OpenShift and the MOC/NERC. This epic is currently tracked in Jira here which the MOC team doesn't have access to.

This issue acts as a placeholder for communications related to the epic and concerns creating the appropriate channels and ensuring that the necessary people have the right level of access.

Completion Criteria

Once the appropriate channels of communication are in place this issue should be closed and those channels used.

Update:

We have a regular weekly meeting on Tuesdays. Issues are currently tracked on this repo. Documents are written and shared via google drive.
