Automate playbook runs

Now that we have playbooks for managing firewall and ssh configuration on a few hosts, we should arrange to run those playbooks on a schedule. We need tooling that will:

• Update repositories
• Run the playbooks
• Record the success or failure of the playbooks

I'm interested in something like this for the SSO nodes too.
