MGHPCC: neu-17-5 not booting #331

This is an openstack compute node.

It's stuck at the "Configuring Memory..." stage

Looks like we ran into this issue and decided that it's not worth our time to try to fix this node.

Here's a slack conversation long ago:

naved001 hmm, the iDRAC logs say "General failure after video".

We should remove the machine from openstack and proceed with the upgrade.

I am playing a lot of guessing games here, but Rado shared an ebay link to a poweredge r620 mobo on October 9 right around the standup time. @msd do you know the context? because I was not around that day and I think it might be something to do with this problem server needing a mobo replacement.
