The xdmod team has published a new question with xdmod-setup:

'DMoD 10.0.0, but a newer version\r\n(10.0.2) is available.\r\n\r\nDo you want to continue (yes, no)? [no] '

It is nice that they are offering to upgrade from xdmod-setup, though we should always decline this in the xdmod-init pexpect script as we need to upgrade by modifying the dockerfile.
