Research how best to display Domains in XDMoD #41

After reaching out to XDMoD in #34 we found that they do not have a built-in way to display Domains differently.

According to Scott "In HPC each resource has a cluster name, and when you pull a report you can do it for multiple clusters or a single cluster at a time. This allows for both. Since OpenStack and OpenShift will be different services (likely with different service cost models) they should be treated as different resources."

We need to break down OpenShift and OpenStack domains separately. OpenShift domains should be combined with other OpenShift domains. Same when tracking multiple OpenStack domains. This way we can track usage across all OpenShift domains and OpenStack domains.

@rob-baron would it be helpful for me to set up a zoom with Scott on how it is managed in XDMoD for separate HPC's. I am suggesting zoom so you can see the sections he has to access to make XDMoD do what he wants.

Kim, I don't think it will be useful. Keep in mind, we just brought this up in the previous meeting with him.

This would be along the way to automate some of the manual steps that they do after pulling the data from xdmod and before they move it into oracle financials (?) at harvard.
