Portal - User Registration Date - we need to make sure the registration dates for all users is correct. #251

In the csv file provided by LearningHUB on August 16 had the registration dates for all users. We need to make sure this is entered into the portal so the data is correct. This is on the file server named: LH_07_16082016132706
