Sea Surface Salinity is flipped #1039

When selecting Sea Surface Salinity Data in Cate, the latitude values are flipped:

The image should appear in the correct latitudinal order.

After a bit of investigation: This problem occurs because the latitude values are irregular. This causes that the grid cannot be displayed correctly in cate.
