Sometimes I have mutation data in CRUX compatible formats (MAFs/ANNOVAR) but they're in their 'single sample' forms instead of already collated into cohort forms. CRUX import module only supports the pre-collated cohort forms.

The ability to select multiple files in the import module, e.g. a series of a hundred single-sample MAFs or single sample ANNOVAR files - and for CRUX to automatically handle the collation into cohort level data.
