It can be confusing to know what setting to use for CGI external tool. Current documentation is very sparse

[x] 'Consider logging in / creating an account. This will let you run more analyses'
[x] add 'For the 'Cancer type' section we recommend selecting the Cancer type that matches the uploaded dataset. If an exact match is not available, choose the general cancer group that best describes your dataset (e.g. any cancer type / Hematologic Malignancies / Solid Tumors / etc.'
[x] Add 'Select the relevant reference genome (hg19 for TCGA/PCAWG datasets availalable in CRUX )'

Would be nice to add the section about reference genome selection for other tools BBGlab tools
