1-patient difference between brca subtype column numbers differ from subset you get via GUI based subsetting #122

age>=26 filter followed by subtype==TNBC yields 765 and not-TNBC=104

A previous manual application using non-subtype filters yields TNBC = 766 - check see why this difference might be. Did dataset change or is it a problem with subtype definition

When using GUI to recreate subtype TNBC field we get the same numbers. Must be either an update to dataset or the way subset module interacts with variable types
