Don't allow users to try and upload non MAF / Annovar / (gzipped) / etc. files

The file upload interface shouldn’t let you try to upload a ZIP file, it should look for appropriate extensions to avoid this problem in the first place. While error messages are appropriate (MAF format error). Should not be possible to upload clearly inappropriate filetypes
