Update to use the latest mutaliskRutils package #127

mutaliskRutils had some updates - the only important one is a follow-oon update to selkamand/assertions that prevents off-target use of assert_file_exists to assert existance of multiple files now that assert_all_files_exist is available

Also metadata_file argument is now just metadata
