GNPS GC-MS it failed after 6 days running #426

Hi Ming,

After running this job for around 6 days for the MSHub-GC it failed. https://gnps.ucsd.edu/ProteoSAFe/status.jsp?task=e106198562bc41e4872d7c922db835a0

There is another job running in MSHub-GC (for 11 days) but in seconds instead of minutes, but it hasn`t finished, but I am suspecting that is going to failed too: https://gnps.ucsd.edu/ProteoSAFe/status.jsp?task=0c9e4d6e26d548b789a868ccb16cc7fc

How did you convert your files. It seems like you used numpress. Please follow our guide here:
