[FBMN] workflow release 20 fails with OpenMS input #483

This job failed with release 20. https://proteomics2.ucsd.edu/ProteoSAFe/status.jsp?task=271edb15b9634a888bfee68035d6ce46 I checked the input and it looks ok.

Some other job from OpenMS processing worked fine with release 19. https://proteomics2.ucsd.edu/ProteoSAFe/status.jsp?task=0a13a10d5272420ba4ea908c06e393a9

The MGF in the release 20 job has no peaks in it.
