MS-DIAL ID, start from 0,will change from 1 when uploaded to GCPS for GC-MS analysis #563

The Alignment ID of MS-DIAl export alignment of GC-MS started zero, however, when uploaded to GNPS for analyzing Library Search/Networking, the hits started from one. This will change the ID, Be attention! MS-DIAL export: image image image

That's correct and the behavior expected currently.

@mwang87, in the current GC-MS workflow, for the MGF file inputted, are the SCANS= values renamed sequentially from 1 to infinite ? Or is it keeping the SCANS= value specified ? If the latter is the answer, we can just change the script so it starts at 0 and it will preserved the ID from MS-DIAL.
