This PR incorporates the changes Kiana made in #737 and adds the interactive tree and table of all matched sample (with food metadata) to the workflow.
Changes
foodomics_track.py: as a second output - now also creates a tsv that contains all the metadata of matched files
updated and fixed the test_foodomics.py (it was actually failing on my computer because the sorting of the dataframes was different from run to run. Now the output is sorted)
for now, I have copied all files for the generation of interactive trees (see TODO below)
build_tree.py generates two files: the json tree data for download and the interactive tree as a single HTML file
Changes to the workflow tools, bindings, flow, and results reflect the new options
New results page: View Matched Files, View Tree, Download Tree
Questions
[ ] Do we need to specify all column names and types for the view_foodomics_matched_files table?
[ ] Import the interactive tree code as a submodule from an external repository
[ ] the tree source code is currently in a separate folder in the tools section - any specific actions needed to use them in the tools.xml?
