Qiime2 Emperor Plots not working for XCMS feature-based MN #772

Hi Ming,

It seems the Qiime2 Emperor plots are not working for this feature-based MN job. I'm not sure if it could have to do with the formatting? It's a feature table created from XCMS:

the cross origin server we were using no longer works but have created a new CORS service at GNPS that will help with this. This will be out in the next release.
