Table (FeatureQuant) from GNPS FBMN with OpenMS misses info #824

Describe the bug For each feature, all groups have zero intensities. It looks as if no features were detected in any of the files, even though there is a feature list of course.

Expected behavior There has to be intensities assigned for visualization

You need to run the latest version on proteomics2. GNPS hasn't be updated with those fixes yet.

Ok, I thought with "Clone to latest version" it would be fine. My bad!
