[IIMN][OPNEMS] Reorder columns add iimn test #828

Somehow the IIMN information is added to the reformatted table - but at the end after the intensity matrix.

The issue - it does not appear in the resulting graphml. Therefore, I changed the order of the columns and added a test for the formatter.
