Release 31 of FBMN again doesn't work with IIMN from OpenMS data. #847

Describe the bug There are no collapsed networks in the graphml file, or the metadata info of EdgeType MS1 annotations.

To Reproduce Steps/Task to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to 'https://gnps.ucsd.edu/ProteoSAFe/status.jsp?task=5c9a44f3a76f488fb8da2045feb884a1'
  2. Download cytoscape data

Were there any changes lately that could affect that?
