Quickstart converter not working #865

https://gnps-quickstart.ucsd.edu/conversion is not working. May need to be reset?

Steps/Task to reproduce the behavior:

  1. load an MS/MS file in drag and drop
  2. Click on 'convert file'
  3. Coverting file wheel keeps turning and does not complete task
