EdgeAnnotations missing ? #875

Describe the bug Not really a bug, but rather a question.

To Reproduce Steps/Task to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Generate FBMN through the GNPS2 platform

Expected behavior In the dowloaded outputs (72b95bd8850f46f394f9cfaa673f2685/nf_output/networking/filtered_pairs.tsv) I am missing the EdgeAnnotation columns which was present in the legacy FBMN outputs (e.g. 940dc415fa834273bacecbbd3a188a6b/networkedges_selfloop/cdb30c2f794f48299c299043a1ca1c90..selfloop)

Is it absent or simply present in another of the output files ?

I now see that it is present in the .graphml outputs. However one could be interested in fetching the EdgeAnnotations directly .tsv/.csv file. So I guess I still have the question / feature request in case their is no such file.
