Add 6545 QTOF LC/MS (Agilent) to MassIVE Data Submission #19

Not sure if this is the best repository to submit this issue, but I am planning to contribute MSMS data collected on an Agilent 6545 QTOF, which has not been added to the instrument list on the MassIVE data submission workflow.

According to the existing pattern of nomenclature for MassIVE I would suggest: 6545 Quadrupole Time-of-Flight LC/MS (Agilent instrument model)

Accepted nomenclature found for ReDU at https://www.ebi.ac.uk/ols/search?q=6545+&ontology=ms should be: 6545 Q-TOF LC/MS|MS:1002791. (which has already been updated)

Sorry I missed this. This issue was transparently resolved when we implemented a script to download the PSI-MS ontology and extract any new instrument terms from it, which has been running daily in an automated process for a long time now. This instrument is confirmed to be present in the current MassIVE dataset submission form.
