Loop cardinality is an int -> how about expressions? #52

Loop cardinality can not be set with an expression, such as ${Root.LoopCount}, because it is strictly typed integer. Other places in the DasContract format do allow expressions; why not this one? It is somewhat limiting to the user and incostistent.
