README.md references "https://black-plant-0fbebdc03.azurestaticapps.net/" which does not work (404: Not Found @ Azure).

@psiotwo The hosting environment expired, we set up a new one at https://witty-field-0790ee003.3.azurestaticapps.net/ and updated the documentation.
