Store coreg/source-recon outputs of different subs/runs in distinct folders #12

This is a dependency for "manual" version of issue #11 .

At the moment, outputs from the coregistration/source-reconstruction stages are stored in a single subject folder. To enable us to do coreg/source-recon for all runs, we need the outputs to be stored in distinct folders for each sub/run.

We'd also like to save the interactive html coreg plots to check the coreg results.
