rviz configuration files are .vcg #19

Running the new groovy, rviz uses .rviz configuration files instead of .vcg, could you please update those? thanks.

Thank you for the ticket.

.vcg files have been the rviz format up until fuerte. .rviz is the new groovy format. I have added a .rviz config file on the master and groovy branches.
